Action brings good fortune
It takes just one inconsequential word
or sentence to capture a person's interest.
We achieve our success
(which is your success)
by building up a close relationship
with our clients to gain the best possible understanding of
their position in the market, their aims and objectives, then
defining just what that marketplace is and identifying fresh
ones.
This thorough knowledge manifests itself
in whatever we design or produce for you. From a business
card to a whole new corporate identity, each task is given
the same care and consideration. We work not just for you
but with you.
In almost all cases, the first image a
potential customer sees of your company is a business card,
brochure or sign. Getting your concept across in just that
one statement is crucial and can be achieved only through
good design. As our portfolio proves, our expertise gives
us that ability.
All the work we do for you is generated
in-house by our own team of experts who work closely together,
incorporating a mixture of traditional skills and the very
latest technology. This gives us the advantage of complete
control over the quality and deadline, and you the comfort
of knowing that a good job, produced exactly to your specifications,
will be delivered on time.
Quality Policy Statement
The Directors have read and understand the new standard (BS
EN ISO 9000:2000) and confirm the following clauses are covered
in this policy - 5.1, 5.3, 5.4.1, 5.5.1, 5.5.2, 5.6.1, 6.1,
6.2.1, and 8.5.1.
The policy of Skyline Printers Limited
is to provide our Customers with products which are fit for
their purpose and which meet with the Customer needs and expectations
and the Company commitment to quality and its goals.
The company considers that this is best
achieved by establishing a Quality Policy System based upon
the British Standard for Quality Systems, BS EN ISO 9001:2000
This is a sound policy that takes into
account increases in legislation covering fitness for purpose
and product performance. There is a growing tendency for large
organisations to place their business with companies who have
a recognised Quality System.
For a Company to follow such a policy every
respect of the business must be involved and there needs to
be a commitment and understanding on the part of every employee.
The purpose of the Quality System is to
describe how the policy will be put into effect and to provide
instructions and guidance to employees whose actions can effect
product quality.
Since the achievement of quality standards
requires a conscious effort of everybody within the Company,
the Company will welcome all suggestions which are intended
to enhance the system and thus provide the service and product
quality to the Customer.
No Quality System can remain static if
it is to remain effective, so the provision of the Quality
and Procedures Manuals are regularly audited and reviewed
by independent accredited assessors.
Quality is the responsibility of everyone.
Director
(a) All employees have been trained to

Health & Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy and
the Grievance Procedures Policy has been shown to each employee
of the Company, he/she has acknowledged the understanding
of these policies and is recorded in the employee's file.
A record is maintained.
